STRENGTH OF THE WEEK

Week 5 – Day 1 [add 10 lbs. to Back Squat 1 rep max & 5 lbs. to Strict Press 1 rep max]

Strength Work

  • Strict Press – 5 reps @ 65% | 5 reps @ 75% | 5+ reps @ 85%
  • Back Squat – 5 reps @ 65% | 5 reps @ 75% | 5+ reps @ 85%

Accessory Work: 4 Rounds

  • Max Unbroken Push-Ups

*1 minute rest between efforts.

 

Week 5 – Day 2 [add 10 lbs. to Deadlift 1 rep max & 5 lbs. to Bench Press 1 rep max]

Strength Work

  • Deadlift- 5 reps @ 65% | 5 reps @ 75% | 5+ reps @ 85%
  • Bench Press – 5 reps @ 65% | 5 reps @ 75% | 5+ reps @ 85%
