Tuesday, May 18: Ring MU

Feet on Box/Foam Roller Transition

  • 5 x 3

*Should be tougher than the first weeks transitions

Russian Dips

  • 5 x 5

*Fast turn over practice

Chest to Ring Holds

  • 5 Sets: 10-30 seconds

*Use false grip and can start with a jump if you can pull your chest to the rings

Banded Single Arm Transition

  • 3 x 10

*Build in strength of bands


Thursday, May 20: Toes to Bar

Kipping Press Down

  • 5 x 5

*Big Kip Swings, press the bar down as hard as you can

Box Toes to Bar or Knee Tucks

  • 5 x 5

*Start with feet in front of a box, focus on pressing the bar down and driving feet/knees up

Feet to Rings

  • 3 x 10

*Can kip or strict

Banded Lat Press Down

  • 3 x 10

*Build in band strength
