Day 1: Snatch

Squat Snatch:

  • 20 sets of 1 rep, build in weight

Overhead Squat:

  • 5 sets of 5 reps @ 80%

Accessories:

  • Band Pull Apart – 3 x 20
  • Band Tricep Extension – 3 x 20

Day 2: Clean and Jerk

Squat Clean:

  • 10 sets of 1 rep, build in weight

Push Jerk

  • 10 sets of 1 rep, build in weight

Front Squat:

  • 5 sets of 5 reps @ 80%

Accessories:

  • 1:00 T-Spine Smash/side
