Day 1: Snatch

Hang Muscle Snatch:

  • 10 sets of 10 reps, build in weight

Overhead Squat:

  • 5 sets of 10 reps, AHAP

Accessories:

  • Band+PVC Wide Grip Row  – 3 x 15
  • 1:00 T-spine SMR/side

Day 2: Clean and Jerk

Hang Muscle Clean:

  • 5 sets of 10 reps, build in weight

Tall Jerk

  • 5 sets of 10 reps, build in weight

Front Squat:

  • 5 sets of 10 reps, AHAP

Accessories:

  • Med Ball Hamstring Curl – 3 x 10/side
