Week 1

Day 1: Snatch

Hang Snatch High Pull:

  • 10 sets of 10 reps, build in weight

Overhead Squat:

  • 5 sets of 10 reps at 60% of Snatch

Accessories:

  • Yoke Overhead Hold – 3 x :30
  • 1:00 calf SMR/side
  • 1:00 calf stretch/side

Day 2: Clean and Jerk

Hang Clean High Pull:

  • 5 sets of 10 reps, build in weight

Jerk Dip and Drive

  • 5 sets of 10 reps, build in weight

Front Squat:

  • 5 sets of 10 reps at 60% Clean and Jerk

Accessories:

  • Barbell Front Rack Hold in Dip: 3 x :30
