Day 1: Snatch
Hang Snatch High Pull:
- 10 sets of 10 reps, build in weight
Overhead Squat:
- 5 sets of 10 reps at 60% of Snatch
Accessories:
- Yoke Overhead Hold – 3 x :30
- 1:00 calf SMR/side
- 1:00 calf stretch/side
Day 2: Clean and Jerk
Hang Clean High Pull:
- 5 sets of 10 reps, build in weight
Jerk Dip and Drive
- 5 sets of 10 reps, build in weight
Front Squat:
- 5 sets of 10 reps at 60% Clean and Jerk
Accessories:
- Barbell Front Rack Hold in Dip: 3 x :30
