*Note: The following OLY/Strength cycle will be Olympic Lifting focused. It will heavily involve focusing on your technique for the primary OLY lifts. Snatch, Cleans, &  Jerks.

 

Day 1:

Back Squat:

  • 1 Rep Max

Bench Press

  • 1 Rep Max

 

Day 2:

Deadlift:

  • 1 Rep Max

Strict Press:

  • 1 Rep Max
