Accessory Work: For Time

  • Strict Pull-Up
  • DB Push-up +DB Row (completing a row with both hands is 1 rep)

Week 4 – Day 2

Strength Work

  • Deadlift- 5 reps @ 40% | 5 reps @ 50% | 5 reps @ 60%
  • Bench Press – 5 reps @ 40% | 5 reps @ 50% | 5 reps @ 60%

Accessory Work

  • 16 Alternating Single Leg Box Squats
