CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 13-17 year old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to improve strength, power, stamina, agility, speed, balance, coordination, accuracy, flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness. It also helps establish a pattern of consistent exercise for the future. All classes are conducted under the eyes of our L1 CrossFit trainers.
We also aim to boost self-esteem and confidence for our teenage participants. CrossFit helps build the strength, both mentally and physically, to tackle obstacles thrown at them in life. Workouts are scalable for all individuals, so no experience is required.
Improvement in body mass composition, as well as increased bone density.
Brain changes associated with better performance on attention-taxing tasks; improved abstract reasoning, planning, and organization; and the ability to multi-talk more effectively.
Encourage youth to establish exercise as a lifelong habit.

Cost: $270 for entire program ($18 drop-in fee/class)
