  • 12 Hanging Knee Tucks

  • 20 Step-Ups(20/24)

Minute 5:

  • :30 Second Plank Hold

*DB Push Press is performed with 2 dumbbells

  • 20 Alternating DB Snatch(35/50)
  • 20 Wall Balls(14/20)
  • 20 MB Sit-Ups
  • 20 Burpees
  • 500m Row or 1200m Bike

  • 22 KB Deadlift (35/55)
  • 14 Burpee Box Jumps(20/24)
  • 10 Toes to Rig

  • 22 KB Sings (35/55)
