3 Rounds:

  • 20 Lunges
  • 12 Handstand Shoulder Taps

1 Round:

  • 20 V-Ups or Tuck-Ups
  • 40 Step-Ups or 150 Double Unders

 

Tuesday, December 29

WOD: 20 Minute EMOM

  • Minute 1: 10 Plyo Push-Ups
  • Minute 2: 18 Jumping Lunges
  • Minute 3: 30 Second Hollow Hold
  • Minute 4: 8 Burpees

 

Wednesday, December 30

WOD: 8 Rounds For Time

  • 5 Inch Worm Push-Ups
  • 10 Weighted Sit-Ups
